Mandarin Combustible, which features an inspiring restaurant, bar and tea room, occupies a monumental factory building, still bearing traces of Soviet era. The place was founded by restauranteur - Gii Abramiashvilly. It was originally intended for financially successful people, but the prices are, paradoxically, very affordable.

Mandarin's interior is reminiscent of pre-war Shanghai - brick walls, carpets, crystal chandeliers, leather sofas and dim light. Although there are many star Djs' playing here, talented Natalia Turovnikova and Vitaly Kozak are much favoured by local public.
