We have to thank the charismatic Canadian restaurateur Ruth Tal, who introduced Fresh Café to Moscow. Being disappointed with the boring vegetarian dishes, she has been experimenting in this field for the last 20 years.
Must-try: Magic Tofu Roll, The «All-star» Salad, Soba Noodles with ‘beach’ ingridients, Barbeque Burger. They have delicious raw bread and sugar free sweets.

The crowd:: fashion people, editors and publishers of Tatler and Vogue (whose office is next door), yoga lovers, skinny girls and, surprisingly, lots of guys, who admire healthy food
