Po is a refined Singaporean restaurant inside The Warehouse Hotel, a gorgeous conserved building that was first built in 1895, but has been updated with a modern look via industrial chic decor.

The old-meets-new culinary philosophy of Po curated by Mod-Sin pioneer Willin Low pays tribute to the humble popiah. It celebrates the richness of Singaporean dishes and flavours with a contemporary touch.

Decor-wise, the spacious 52-seater restaurant sports a soothing, neutral colour palette and chic rattan chairs, setting a comfortable stage to experience Low’s modern spin on local fare. The star on the menu and the dish you should not leave the restaurant without trying is the wrap-it-yourself Popiah.

Cuisine: Modern Singaporean/ local

We recommend: Carabinero Prawn and Konbu Mee, Charcoal-Grilled Iberico Satay, Barramundi Salad, Shrimp Popiah, Popiah Ice Cream.

Atmosphere: Rustic ambiance & chic vibe.

Crowd: Locals, chic travellers, gourmets.

Key info: Kick-start the night with a 19th-century Spice Trade-inspired Whisky Houston, a smooth concoction of whisky, toffee, molasses, barley, coconut water, nutmeg and spiced bitters, at the Warehouse Hotel’s Lobby Bar.
