Ceviche restaurant, based in the heart of Soho area, is a celebration of traditional Peruvian cuisine. It is named after the famous Peruvian style of marinating raw fish. Making ceviche is not an easy thing to do but the team here manages to do it quite well! To earn your trust, the ceviche is prepared right in front of you at the bar using the most fresh ingredients. The menu is a combination of signature dishes, traditional Peruvian receipts and much loved family receipts. Everything is cooked with loving care here. Staff members have a very friendly attitude which can be spotted from their sassy smiles and the way they walk using their hips. The playful interior here creates a cheeky, laid-back and fuss-free atmosphere. Just what you are looking for in Soho!

The head chef Martin Morales has been a cook since the age of 11. He is an ambassador for Peruvian food having turned Ceviche from a pop-up restaurant into one of London’s hottest restaurants.
