This modern bistro with a lively bar scene at night, little sister to the famous restaurant Jean-Georges, is typically packed with all kinds of celebrities, socialites, and business titans. Both restaurants are located in the Trump Hotel Central Park. The menu, created by legendary chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, is simpler and more casual than at Jean-Georges.
We recommend: Warm artichoke salad; crab cake with avocado, grapefruit, and ginger; sautéed striped bass and caramelized cauliflower, poppyseed-buttermilk vinaigrette. Brunch is also amazing.
