Salted and Hung is one of the best places to try contemporary Australian Cuisine with a strong focus on in-house curing and grilling. By combining traditional and new techniques and using fresh ingredients, Chef Drew Nocente creates fantastic dishes that look amazing and taste delicious.

Following the menu's eclectic vibe, the interior re-creates the best traditions of New York's Lower Eastside bars: quirky graffiti on the floors, concrete floors, wood and industrial elements and cozy table sets.

Cuisine: contemporary Australian.

We recommend: squid in yuzu sauce and mackerel with horseradish and gin; josper-grilled chicken and barramundi; from the Farm section - try kale served with cheese, nuts and “burnt” butter; for dessert - "Pavlova". If you are a meat lover, start with the chef’s home-made salami and a glass of red wine and continue with Wagyu rib eye steak. Enjoy the 25 SGD set menu for lunch and don't miss the chef's "Feed Me" set served during dinner for 75 SGD per person.

Atmosphere: hip / lively.

Crowd: Singaporeans, expats, entrepreneurs, creative types.

Key info: Salted & Hung is one of the best places for the weekend brunch.
