Hovarda brings a culinary wave of the Aegean Sea to Lonson's Soho. The sleek seafood eatery serves the freshest of morsels inspired by Greek-Turkish flavours, all whipped-up with ultra-elegant execution. Dreamy marine colours, fish scale tiles adorning the walls and an open-plan kitchen offering plenty of theatre while you dine...

Pop in for lunch or dinner and you’ll be rewarded with tasty meze like Karides; fresh bouncy prawns, lemon oil and tarragon or grilled, smoked eel with fava beans, radish and caper leaves. There’s a daily rotating fish menu, lovingly grilled in Hovarda’s fire pit. Entirely governed by what their fisherman catches that day, the menu could feature treasure from the deep such as Wild Sea Bass, John Dory, Monkfish, Mackerel, Brill, Turbot and Red Mullet.

Cuisine: Modern Greek-Turkish.

Atmosphere: Lively/cool.

The Crowd: Creative types, artsy folks.

Key info: Head to the bar for laid-back vibes alongside a drinks menu of re-invented classics and well-known cocktails created by award-winning mixologist Cihan Anadologlu.
